This agreement is in English and supported by the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria.

All users must be at least 18 years of age. Exception may apply for certain service categories i.e. tutoring, below 18 years.

This Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gramrabitmakit and are protected by national copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

All payments for services shall be done online through our authorized payment channels. On no account should a user pay cash to a service provider as we shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience thereafter.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any service or item purchased. If no payment is received, no service will be rendered.

Users are entitled to a refund if the service or product ordered did not arrive within the stipulated time, upon notification we shall reprocess or refund through our authorized channels. Also note that transaction time begins when user successfully contacts service sellers via a phone call or other means of communication provided by us.

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Notification by email will be made to all users.
